If I have job lv50 but use only 40skill points in Mage class, can I use the rest 10 points in Wizards class?

Not even close.You cannot change to your advanced class without spending all of the previous skill points.

You can spend them on getting Safety Wall 10 or Increased SP recovery 10 if you still haven't
