today i just login my account after 1 year of stop play...and i realise that my sniper was gone...any solution?

im sure that is the server i play...coz there is still have other character in 1st page...2nd page need premium something...

If the character slot is empty and says "Premium Service" and "Not Available" then it means you will need VIP subscription to be able to create a character in the given slot. However, if you already have a character in the "Premium Service" slot then you should be able to log on that character regardless you had VIP or not.

There are multiple character pages, make sure to go through them all. On what server you played before the long break?

before long break i also playing renewal server....after the 3 server merge....im clearly remember my sniper is on 2nd page...but i cant see it on my 2nd page...

You found all of your other characters on the account only sniper is missing? Playing from Steam?

2nd page char all gone...playing by steam after a long break...it auto link me to steam

Probably a bug with Steam. Try to find Patchup.exe in your Ragnarok folder, run it and see if that resolves the issue.

i cant find the patchup.exe in my ragnarok folder...
