So i just returned to the game after years and years, And now most of my character have a message next to them in red that says "Premium Service" what does this mean?

If you delete them, you won't be able to remake a character in that slot unless you pay for the VIP subscription.
Existing characters in VIP slots are freely accessible with or without VIP.
