i see how some people have normal names and other with nothing but a bunch of numbers, anyway i can fix that? or no?

I am pretty sure you've created the account through Steam that's why the name's consist of numbers.

2. Click on Submit a Ticket.
3. Choose 3. Steam Issues from the Department drop-down list.
4. Choose Ragnarok Online 1 from the Game drop-down list.
5. Choose Nickname/Forum Name Change from the Type of Steam Issue drop-down list.
6. Fill in the other required fields as completely as possible.
7. Click on the Submit Ticket button to complete your request.
