So, I'm doing some test.

If i do get all offensive passives, i can't even have summon or heal...

I mean, all wand passives and defense passives.

So you can't have more than 2 offensive skills and no heals or summon

How does it should work if i can't even have heals??? 

Being a battle ill not have buffs, then i can't have at least heals?? and if u want to summon the firegon i can't have the defensive passives?

The summons are incredibly bad, so they're not really worth it. If you do want to summon, it's best to get just a large amount of phantom swords, since the damage output is higher cause of the sheer amount of swords (think a maximum of four swords is possible).

Yes, clerics require a large amount of skill points. If you want to be battle (full battle, not some hybrid) you'll have to completely give up on buffs and heals.

The skills have low cooldown, so yes it works even with a small amount of offensive skills, plus you have some decent basic attack damage and speed.

I'm tempted to replace the "Summoner battle cleric" on my guide with the following skill setup, if you are interested in. It is good for both PvP and PvM. You can have 4 phantom swords simultaneously if you invest the remaining 5 SP into Summoner's gift and if buffed by high CHA cleric, it's pretty deadly.










I've tested it, it's pretty good even with 3 phantoms swords, I will test further with 4 swords when I have time.

Full battle cleric with no heals; its actually my 1st time playing my cleric without heals prior to this update and honestly its not that hard. You'll get used to not healing , just imagine you're playing a knight.

It's also easier to build a battle cleric if you completely give up on buffs and heals, since you won't need any cha anymore and can put your stat points in other things, such as dex.

question: is it a good idea to be a battle a battle clerics then to switch over to FS?

It can help slightly for levelling since lower level FS clerics aren't very wanted in parties usually, but battle clerics aren't the greatest in levelling speed either. Don't think it matters which of the two you are.

Battle cleric can solo relatively decently. If you plan on finding AOE parties though, FS will be faster unless you get a good team of people that will let you lure and run around to AoE.
