Hello, please I need help here.
I bought a package that says "30 days VIP and 1500 point" for $15 steam wallet.
However it only gives me the 1500 points, but without the 30days VIP.
am I missing something here? Please help!

It should work.
You do need to log out entirely (not just to char select) and log back in to get the VIP benefits.

Greetings!
When you login at the top of your screen it should list the VIP benefits for a few seconds. You will also see this information displayed in the chat log. I checked the account and it appears it does have active VIP
