Account related issues can only be resolved through ticket system.
First, register a WP support account here. After logging in your support account sumbit a ticket explaining your situation here. This support account will help you track ticket(s) status and read GMs responses and reply to them.
It may take a while to get a reply and if that happens simply pm your ticket # to CM Campitor.
