When I try to buy it say
"We limit the rate of payment that can be made by individual users at any given time period. The number of times you paid has exceeded these limits and your access has been temporarily disabled. Please allow some time and try again later."
My VIP just expired. I keep going back and try but keep getting this same message both with Mozilla and IE. Help.

Have you recently made multiple transactions on warpportal, or does the error not match reality in that regard?
You may have to send a support ticket ( support.warpportal.com )

K it let me make the purchase today. It was the WP video that prevented me from making the purchase yesterday. So lesson learn is do not do WP video on same day your VIP will expire, hope others do not make same mistake I did.

Aaah, yeah, the "do things for WPE" things count as transactions.
