Hello friends. I tried to log onto my warp portal account today, only to find that my account, as well as my alt, have been suspended. I can still play Ragnarok just fine, I haven't been banned from the game, and I have not been banned from the forums. I have not done anything to warrant a ban either. Basically, I can't buy warp portal points or change my account information.

 

 

I sent in a ticket to the suspended accounts section, but I'm not really sure that was the right place to send it, and I have not received a reply. This seems like a weird thing, so I was wondering how to go about fixing this.

Oftentimes, if you either share access to your WP account or play through a proxy the system will temporarily lock you out if you are connecting from wildly different locations from where you usually log in to WarpPortal.

 

If none applies then probably someone tried to hack your WP account(s).
