My level currently is 4 and job is 10.
So should I go to the morroc pyramid to change job? I can't talk to the thief person in Izlude acadamy.
Please help!

Yup, go to morroc pyramid to change to high thief. Care of the bats in there. .-.
Once you're job level 40+ as high thief, you change to your second trans class in Juno, speak to the Book of Ymir to get warped back to Valhalla and there you speak to your job NPC.
