Whenever I double click on the gateway icon, it doesn't work, is anyone else having the same problem?

Do you get any error messages?

It says "it is currently running, you cannot run it at the same time" but it isn't running, so i'm very confused

I bet its running in your System Tray, the icons next to your clock in the lower right corner of your computer.
