Premium Account Changes
In an attempt to further improve the benefits for being a Premium Account subscriber, the following changes have been made.
The login delay to receive your Premium Box has been reduced to 5 minutes from login, instead of 1 hour.
Also, the delay between being able to get a Premium Box has been reduced to 6 hours, instead of every 23! Those weekend play sessions now have extra benefits!
The contents of the Premium Box has been thinned out to yield more items that are immediately beneficial and useful for most Premium Players

Client Updates
Adjusted trading restrictions so that the cooldown will not apply when attempting to trade to allies while in combat.
Combat timer reduced from 10 seconds to 5 seconds.
Monster Balances
Corrected many 'double buffed' instances of monsters and applied correct EXP bonuses for monsters that were placed in to special enhanced categories.
HP of monsters generally didn't change too much, however defenses were lowered as well as attack power.
Class Changes
Soldier
The idea behind the changes to defenses is to increase the amount of damage that is blocked, trading off the frequency it is blocked. Reviewing the damage mitigation of the class, it was a little higher than desired and through the amount of feedback from players on the matter, the class is intended to remain more durable while utilizing a shield, but we've reduced the damage mitigation slightly through these balance changes for defense.
Taunt
Range reduced my 5m.
Cooldown is now 20/17/14/11/8, increased from 15/12.5/10/7.5/5 seconds.
Shield Mastery
Increased DEF block value amount to 30/60/90/120/150, from 20/40/60/80/100
Increased DEF block percent amount to 30/60/90/120/150%, from 20/40/60/80/100%
Increased MDEF block value amount to 25/50/75/100/125, from 20/40/60/80/100

Knight
Along with the defensive adjustments, the crossbow knight was proving to be more offensive than intended and resulted in a minor reduction in the skill power for the skills.

Cleric
Like the Knight, the frequency of blocking has been reduced from the base standpoint for the Support Muse/Cleric. They still retain their mastery to improve their block rates through stat allocation, which remains their advantage over the Knight, who does not have the option, but they will not be given a boost to defenses as the tradeoff, since that is an existing established difference in defensive mechanics.
Also, given the strength of being able to always sleep a group, we've reduced the chance of being affected to help level the playing field, but still left it at a high chance rate so it is more useful than a flip of the coin.
Mystic Deviation
Reduced block chance to 3/6/9/12/15% from 5/10/15/20/25%
Sleep Cloud
Success of sleep reduced to 80%, from 100% chance.
Hawker
Reviewing the damage output of the crossbow vs the bow, we recognized that there were more mechanics to gain attack power making it substantially more offensive than a bow user on a natural level. We've scaled back some of the growth rates of the natural offensive abilities of the crossbow tree and gave a significant boost to the design intention ability of the bow user by turning Bow Focus in to a personal high critical support skill, to add to burst damage from criticals. In combination with other passive skills, this can greatly improve the offensive capability of the bow users.
A similar treatment was also done for the Katar/Critical designs to reinforce their offensive and quick and hard striking needs to assassinate targets in short matters of time.
Dual Hawker/Raiders - we are working on making the Mirror Phantasm and Evasive Guard skills to provide their defensive bonuses outside of normal buffing, so that they will always be available to use and stack with buffs.

Range increased by 6m.

Range increased by 6m.

Duration set to 60 seconds.
Cooldown is now 120/110/100/90/80 seconds.

Scout
Reviewing the crossbow tree to the bow tree, the crossbow was naturally stronger for both skill and natural attacks. To offset this, we've increased the frequency in which skills may be accessed which will result in a reduction to power output in certain conditions, while we also have reduced the natural passive to attack power as well.

Artisan
Giving the Artisans the same treatment as the Cleric's Sleep Cloud, having the ability to mass sleep with confidence is a powerful tool. To allow things to be more fair without making the skill undesirable in use, we've reduced the success chances in the same manner.
Hypno Shot
Success of sleep reduced to 80%, from 100% chance.
Bug Fixes
- Corrected the 'Lucky Spin Special EXP/Drop bonus' for the Traditional Black Chinese Costume. The bonus will remain till the end of the year.
- The Snowboard and Moldie Snowboard are set to the tradable restrictions for Item Mall purchased equipment, due to the nature of the set being tradable while in a packaged form and the rest of the costume also being tradable, so it may be kept as a set.
- Planetary zones are now going to be enforcing level restriction access, where players are not intended to be able to be accessing them through a cart bug when traveling.
- Luna zones requires level 70 or above.
- Eldeon zones requires level 120 or above.
- Orlo zones requires level 180 or above.
- Desert City of Muris requires level 200 or above, and the Vizier's Key skill (or be on the quest "The Pharaoh's Key").
- Corrected the incorrect system message description when casting Attack Power buffs to no longer think it was Attack Speed.
- Judy will now speak to you regardless to if you are on the Thanksgiving event or not, during the Thanksgiving event.
- Corrected movement speed rating for Honor, Valor and Crafted foot gear to match standard gear baselines.
- v493 contained some minor text corrections not caught.
