Sooooo... I made a new charcter because, you know, new launch and all, but *gasp* I messed up my skill build. Dang. So, according to the old Ice forums, if a scroll reset scroll is used, you get all your points back, EXCEPT for the first skill you get for free (first launching skill: rising arrow, Point Buster, etc). Essentially, you're missing 15 skill points that you would have got, but didn't get, because the first skill was free. So after all this explaining, my question is, did they fix that? Thank you kind people~

I am not sure, i dont think they did. (Or you maybe get those 15 points back to you as well)

But you can get skill forges from Daily hunter Quests so you can get those 15 points and more with a bit of effort and time.

You always got those points back. This was fixed in one of the betas iirc.
