Also, my nickname is this long sequence of numbers because I registered via Steam or is something wrong?

Contact the GMs. You somehow wound up in a gm-only room. Support.Warpportal.com and / or pm the cm's. This is weird, I didn't know a new char could end up there. Where were you when you logged out last? (As exact as you remembers)

To get name fixed, submit a ticket, that happens if you register via steam.

I don't know whether this is relevant, but there is a (normally) rarely-occuring bug in the server that can cause your character to be positioned on a random cell when you change maps. I've encountered it myself once: I entered the Battlegrounds from Prontera on my archbishop, and when the map loaded, I was stuck in an unused waiting room.   Fortunately, I had butterfly wings on me and was able to escape. (I think everyone who has played RO for more than a few years realises the importance of always keeping butterfly wings on your characters. )
