Now that CHA is the primary stat for buffing what is the best outfit you can get now as a 220+ cleric?

Click the spoiler where it says "Full Support cleric", scroll down a little bit you will see the picture of all the max CHA equipment. Also, you can get wooden shoes (the eastern elegance set) instead of yellow rubber shoe.

Question... where does Hiria's Tear (CHA 60, INT 40) drop?

Hiria's tear is not a drop, it's a quest reward. The drop item that starts the quest is the dusty jewel, dropped by any orlo monster.
