Okay, I went to Payon with 0 weight to reset my stats, (I didn't get stones yet) and I clicked Yes for the reset knowing it would cost 3 stones, without having any. I then bought 3 stones at Eden HQ, then I went back and it said I'm on a cooldown... It put something in my quest log like this

 

ID=xxxxx #2               It was a 5 or 6 digit number but clicking on it removed it from my quest log instantly so I didn't get to check it out for long.

 

So I've got 3 stones for nothing at the moment x-x.

 

 

 

 

This is on classic btw.

Check expiration time on the quest it gave you. You probably right-clicked it, marking it inactive and moving it to the inactive tab - check there. 

 

I guess there's a cooldown on Sam Status now (likely to deal with abusive stat resets), and it gets triggered whether or not you have stones (this part is clearly a bug).

I didn't right click it, I just left clicked it and it was gone.. like no ms delay at all.

Ok sorry, it did go to my inactive quest and then when I do left click it, it says null.

Send in a ticket. It's clearly a bug that it applies cooldown before checking that you have enough stones.
