[Konpachi]

I am using Steam. Apparently this is a problem that's been going on for months now and it's still not fixed.

 

When ever I go to buy Kafra points, by clicking the in-game "cash shop" button, I'm brought to this page: http://s22.postimg.o...tt/RO_Error.jpg

This is obviously a glitch but I can't go beyond that page, it just simply loops indefinitely. I've submitted tickets concerning this but no one gets back to me.

 

I got it to work twice so far but that was by complete fluke, I was messing around with logging in to my WP account out of the game, then trying to login into

it in the game (using the in-game Steam browser), then closing the game and opening it again, then restarting my computer and opening it again... the list

of "i'm trying to get this to work" goes on and on.

What did you do to get it to work those first 2 times? you might ask. I HAVE NO CLUE.

 

If someone knows how to get around this or has had the same issue and has fixed it, PLEASE HELP.

nvm figured it out...

 

For anyone else who comes to read this with the same issue, this is how I fixed it (and I believe what you have to do EVERY time you want to buy Kafra Points)

 

Step 1: Read this: https://support.warp...oesnt-work.aspx

Step 2: Un-check and re-check the in-game community box through your Steam hub on your desktop (not the in-game hub you get to using shift+tab)

Step 3: Now load up RO and click on the cash shop> purchase points (should work).

Step 4: Re-log and your points should now be active.
