Have anyone tested bloody eater skills in IRO renewal?

 

Apparently, the " chance of CRI + 100.... " isn't working,

I have been grinding it on monster for approximately 1hour or so,

Please let me know if any could tell me if it is working,

Desc :

A magical sword which releases a dismal black aura.

• Restores 100 HP to the user when a monster is killed with a melee attack.
• Adds a 0.1% chance for when dealing physical damage, the user will gain Atk +50 and Crit +100 for 5 seconds.

no wonder if the effect hard to proc.. 0.1 % is too damn low..
