I have a feeling most people in this thread are doing the same so you're not alone in that mindset. And I'm sure the gift-givers know that, too, yet they're still willing to be generous with their gifts. Do you truly wish to withdraw your gift request anyways?

All I really want is friends to go party with outside of TI, and hopefully a sociable guild to join. Neither of those are something that can be 'given'    Anything else I'll eventually sell for some fad 'item-of-the-moment' (please remember what happened to FAWs recently and HBPs just prior to that), which imo renders moot the concept of gift giving. 

 

I'll still meet you all under the tree though, with suit donned, fireworks in hand, pressies ready and my little Christmas Ghost wandering around scaring the bajeezus out of everyone 

Edit: seriously, whenever I TI I feel as though I'm playing 1/2 Minute Hero.

I'm glad you're still willing to attend the event regardless. It will be quite the gathering (if everyone actually attends).

I'm planning to organize more socializing in-game events later so you'll find those good friends soon enough.

It's looking likely that only one person is getting his/her Angel Wings wish this year. Pretty surprised that someone actually volunteered to give theirs away. Gonna have one especially happy player this Christmas.
