I get a  'Cannot find File' error whenever I try to click the Kindness ticket in my inventory. http://imgur.com/DO5urcq is the error, in addition to 3 or so similar errors following it.

Anyone know what the deal is?

What are kindness tickets related to? Is this some sort of event I haven't heard of?

 

 

In any case, you're missing patches, force a repatch from before the item was added.

IIRC, I got them from the level 100+ eden quests

Also, failing to find out how to repatch exactly x_x. Found the article for RO2, but that's it.

Check patch2.txt, get the 4 digit number for the patch you missed. Subtract 1 from it (or go back more than that, for good measure - what we're going to do is force the client to repatch everything after it).

 

Go to Ren's patch.inf generator, http://choobs.org/stuff/patch.php enter the number, download, and replace the patch.inf in your RO folder with the one you downloaded. Exit all clients, and run the patcher as admin, and it will reapply patches.

It's called "Kindness ticket" which is a reward from completing the Eden level 100+ quest.

 

For me, the error happens when I try to put it into storage (was some sort of "sprite" error if i remember right)

edit: the error when I try to put the item into storage is the same as the one in the OP's post. not a big deal for me tbh. I just don't attempt to put it into storage anymore.

Exit all instances of the game repatch and the item should now be fixed.

Ah, good. You've fixed it.

 

For anyone who wants to know: There was a specific problem with the Kindness Ticket item in which a sprite error would occur everytime the item was dragged (e.g. when you try and put it into storage). The sprite that should've been displayed when the item was being dragged was missing.

You tend not to move tokens like this since the whole point is to build them up until you spend them. Most likely everyone is keeping them on their characters.
