I wanted to contact the payment and billing department regarding some of the old cash items that cannot be extended for some reason, but there was no "Dragon Saga" in the drop-down menu to select the game.
These are the two items that i wanted to extend:
When i try to use the Time Extension it says: "This Item cannot be extended". I also had 1200 IM points. So i thought that maybe they cannot be extended at all, and i was asking around in-game but no one knew the answer. So i wanted to contact the support and ask if extension will be possible for these two items. Since the ticket menu for Payment and billing doesnt have "Dragon Saga" in the menu i was wondering tho can i address this question to?
I am not in a hurry i was just curious. Im thinking that this option either isn't available as a part of Dragon Saga's cash shop (yet), or the items themselves are the problem. Or (as someone suggested to me) i should contact support and ask them to allow extension of these items?

I am moving this to the Dragon Saga bug report section. This is a game level issue, not so much an issue with the billing system or websites.

Ok we'll make sure Dragon Saga get added to that list. And as for the extended items, we'll send up the bug report to Barunson and hopefully have a fix soon.
