Ok im lvl 51 pally and i have no idea were to train....
I want to train in a place were i can log in and log out anytime because i dont have much time to play.
Now What?

I was gonna say pythanous f6. However due to your limited time and a full party run being about 10 or more minutes, id say stick to there and do a few runs with the time u have.
