well i made a 60 bare essential one for you. yours is probably gonna be the same but you only set it at lv46 so i wasnt sure.

as long as you have these as bare minimum then its fine:

as for the rest of the points, you can play around with it. whether its getting fire rain/spark rock for more offense, cast acceleration to help your teammates, barrier+passive for more tank, or other buffs, up to you.

however, if you plan on pvping quite a bit, i would suggest:
- upgrading detection for higher damage
- chain lighting (not maxed) for group pvps
- barrier+passive
- max cure for higher removal and faster cooldown
- 1 perfect seal to get out of sticky situations
- spark rock maxed
- casting acceleration (if you plan on this, its either maxed or nothing. but it can eat quite a lot of SP)
- and of course, try to get lv10 for useful skills like focus, instant heal, slow heal, etc.
(the above are only suggestions, up to you to follow/put how much SP in them)

just an addition to fallen's comments about cl :P
if you tend to lag, do NOT get chain lightning lol... (saves you 20 sp that you could be using elsewhere)
If you lag even a little, the opponent easily gets out of the lightning :P thus I never use it LOL and it's nerfed in pve...the monsters will continue moving towards you and hit you WHILE you're cl-ing haha so that kinda sucks too
