When I try to patch my desktop computer, everything works perfectly. No problems. However, my laptop gives an error saying "Failed to write file PatchClient\Patcher\Thumbs.db" This has caused my laptop to display the crystals given by Rino to display as Unknown items. Luckily, no other errors in game yet. Anyway to fix this? I am on an admin account in Windows, and there's no problems with my firewall nor antivirus, as the patcher's worked before.

On your laptop navigate to your Ragnarok/PatchClient/Patcher/ folders. Locate the file Thumbs.db under Patcher and delete it. Repatch the client.

Also, you can safely copy/paste the whole RO folder from your desktop to your laptop and it will work fine. You will have to manually create shortcuts for the game though.

There isn't a file called thumbs.db. Not in any of the folders Ragnarok Online, PatchClient, Nor Patcher.

Might need to un-hide the file. Please review the first post in this link for possible solution.

I had already selected the option to display hidden files, but didn't uncheck the second option, to make system files visible. I found and deleted it, repatched, and am back in action. Thank you! :D
