What kind of food? Stat food or recovery food?

Note that that doesn't list the +20 foods made by Mixed Cooking, they're listed here - irowiki.org/wiki/Mixed_Cooking
Also, there are a bunch of random items named like foods (but which are not prepared by cooking - but rather are quest/event/monster drop items) that act as either simple HP/SP regens, HP Regen + status effect heal, or a temporary buff. I am aware of no comprehensive list.
