Anyone else have this problem with the lines? It only does this on steam...
Also happens during blind where there's a lines going down and across the smaller area for that effect too and makes it look like a cross-hair.

Its caused by the Steam Overlay injection. Disable the Steam Overlay and the issue will disappear.

I have that too and I'm not using Steam. It's just on the login screen anyway so I don't really mind.

Might be something else injecting into the client then. Maybe forced settings from your GPU control panel? Regardless, yeah its not that big of a deal.
