I need help. I can't start the Ragnarok laucher

After install, I have 2 shortcuts on my desktop: Ragnarok Online and Ragnarok Online Classic
I started Ragnarok Online, and clicked Play Classic. Nothing happened. The program shut down immediately.

I started Ragnarok Online Classic, after a few minute for update and patch, i clicked start. and then...ragnarok.JPG

how can I fix it? I tried so many times  :p_sick:

I don't know why you're unable to open the Renewal client, but to make the Classic client's window a usable size:
  • Navigate to the client folder in File Explorer/Windows Explorer.
  • Right-click the file Setup_Classic.exe and then choose "run as administrator".
  • Answer the User Account Control dialogue window affirmatively.
  • Configure the settings according to your preferences.
  • Press "OK".

@Axylus the screenshot is of the two programs not responding. I'm having a very similar issue, yet a little different
