Never collect gramps reward for your numerous TI just after rebirth..i collected the reward of 4-5 weeks worth TI just after becoming high swordsman thinking that it might take my high swordsman instantly to joblvl50..you can imagine my shock/surprise afterwards..

Research a Class before creating a character, or you'll quickly realize that that nice Swordie you made is too expensive to uphold on their own or that your Mage is too squishy to do anything.

Never report Broken Quests to the GM's, they assume your a hacker and directly blames you.

A few days ago, I did the quest to upgrade my weapon, which was issued by Eden group.  It gave a bunch of choices as to how to upgrade it.  I chose to upgrade it with healing capabilities, and in turn got Archbishop 1 lvl and Magic attk increase.

 

Major problem was, my character is a knight, and those upgrades are absolutely useless.  Apparently if I had chosen something else, my Phys. Attack would've been raised.

 

So basically, I'm still using the weapon, but I could've been doing way more damage....

Killing Bosses (MvP) won't earn you money unless you get a card.

1. When a player is see-through and has wavy lines around them, run like hell

7. Right when you make good zeny selling a certain item, other users will start selling it to the point where the price drops so much you can't sell it at all, leaving a lot of those items in inventory that's not moving anywhere no matter how low you set the price

8. Those with VIP, are in guilds, and have money to spend in the Kafra shop always have an advantage against players who are dirt poor (myself included)

1. Don't pick a class only on base of the class' sprite. You will likely come up to a wall soon enough.

 

2. Don't expect too many people to help you and shower you with items or anything else, just cause you're a newb. Learn the wiki and you won't need to beg around for items.

 

3. Don't even think of getting high-end gear until much, much later into the game.

Always kill looting mobs around you first, they can potentially erase a card drop. In my case it was a smokie. lmao

Certain loots have higher chance of being sold in certain places, for lazy people who don't wanna walk all the way back to Prontera to buy quest loots.

Not gonna tell you which loots sell better, though, because I'd have competitions. Figure it out, lol.

Certain loots can be bought cheaper in certain places. People are lazy and don't want to walk back to town.

Community managers like to spawn crazy mobs in their 'gift' events. NO EXCEPTIONS

If you farm in the most populated area for a certain mob, you're probably gonna be hanging out with bots, and worse, a broken branched monster from people who hate bots. Use alternative places for those. i.e. Prontera Culvert for poison spores instead of mjolnir 6 if you don't like seeing the bots and loose branches.

Again, if vending something, you can add commas like so - 99,990,000 and it will vend the same way as if you typed in 99990000.

  To look up the needed materials for the sage job quest before doing it.  I spent like 6 hours on that quest going back and forth across the world and begging afk archers to make me elemental arrows.  Then I ended up bringing the wrong tree trunk to the npc and I farmed willows who drop basic trunks only 1% of the time in payon for over an hour.

 

  Also, I learned that ant eggs spawn all over Ant Hell, not just at the entrance after trying to compete with alchemists for kills all day.
