Are they nerfing either of them?

 

I see for the Rudolf it says potency will be reduced in March.

 

I have a witch pumpkin hat, should I just hold on to it?

witch hat is also good for killing demons/undead as well as giving +50ATK. its a great hat all around

For now rudolf is good since it frees up your mid-lower headgear spaces. But if they nerf it on March as it's mentioned, Witch Pumpkin+Alarm Mask would replace it. So hold it if you really don't wish to spend by buying it later again.

although i use rudolph, i really hate how increase agi procs way too often (probably because i am being mobbed duh :v) , especially when i am snapping around with my sura :l

^ yea thats a big pain in the ... A huge backdrop. Only thing that stops it is by equipping and un-equpping Muscipular shield =|
