1. Exp

You mistakenly didnt heed my advice and decided to up monster difficulty but left EXP at the same abysmal low rate it was before? Gaining EXP is even harder to obtain now because of this, what are you thinking? Gaining EXP at a reasonable pace is a PRIORITY ISSUE that needs NEEDED urgent attention i cant stress this enough.

 

Again the people who actually PLAY your game are having issues progressing due to getting 2-3exp per monster for THOUSANDS EXP required master level or 35k ML for a single skill point? Quests are still giving 16 ML exp when it says 16k rewards, IT IS INSANITY to think this is okay.

 

2. Monster damage

Mob damage is confirmed to be increased yet overall players new DPS/DEF is not enough to compensate.

 

3. Agility crit point from 4 to 3 per agi

You nerfed every class who stacked agi but kept sorc/SM the same bravo(clap clap)  Sorc didnt need more crit over everyone else they just needed their hits to be accurate as each spell counts tremendously for a damage combo class.

 

 

4. My class take on the new skill/stat abilities

 

Warrior: Buffed

Warriors have a thing called HUGE WEAPON DAMAGE and you gave them more attack power? They also have this thing called defender which with this patch makes them still DPS over knights but out tank them too.

 

Knight: Nerfed

1 more parry per STR is worthless when warriors defender in the end gives equal or more parry values.

1 INT is not increasing attack power by 2 or 4 like the chart says.

 

War/Knight

Agi nerf makes battle tactics builds less appealing, maybe obsolete.

Agreed. They really should've rolled back the game when they saw how disastrous the patch was but now it's too late. Game is broken. Time to leave it for a while if not forever~

but mreds heal for 20k now!! and sorcs heal for 100k! and priests even more!!!! doesn't that make everything better!!!

Lol, this patch. We're apparently playing on a test server.

Sorc do need agi for crit, some of their heal skills even have passive for that crit proc bonus.

 

Pretty much agreed for the rest.

They're un purposely letting the game die! that's what they want, they just didn't want it to look like they wanted too.

Knight skill three  is a crap compared whit warriors... they also have more dmg and whit defender have 20% + parry than a knight and little more defense...

 

Aura heal is a big crap too 6 points needed to get maxed and heals by 1300 - 1700... and one time per day u crit it and gets (3700)... <-------- WASTE OF POINTS

 

Aura Armor: 5 points needed to max and gives u 20% damage absortion <------ RIDICULOUS....

 

and wait the things become better whit "Shield Boomerang Mastery" (why should i Max this???) Shled Boomerang (15sec CD) ... 

 

Shield Fortres 50% DA. whit a retarded CD and u cant move...

 

A DPS  races becomes Gods and tanks becomes craps SPEACIALLY "Knights" ... I mean what u ill pick Between 1 who can dps and Huge heals or a poor one who has low dps crapy heals and his defence isnt effective...

 

AND NOTHING OF THIS ISSUES WERE FIXED IN THIS PATCH... WE ONLY HAVE MORE IMBALANCE AND MAKING MORE OBSOLETE AND UNPLAYABLE OUR TANK RACES...

REBALANCE MELE CLASSES REBALANCE KNIGHTS <----- they have no options if all tankies can uprade theyr Threes... theyr r going to be the worse tank in market...

DPS knight is pretty good right now. It's a lot more fun than playing tank knight at the moment.

DPS Knight has always been good. Since Knight was never reliant on Vigor they could wear all Tank gear (Except for DPS weapon for HIT) and not see a decrease in their overall DPS since it all came from Concentration Aura Strike and Aura Mastery.

 

If you are experiencing low damage right now I assume Battle Tactics is still broken for your class?

morbidcoffee look at this...

 

BM class changed soo much that i dont recognize my class anymore.

 

-dps bear form removed, it fights in human form now and as a grupal buff (10% atk, haste, vigor)

-grizzly form keeps its bear form, but now it gives a grupal buff too (10% def, parry, dodge)

didnt had time to confirm if these buffs where 10% of your current stats or a flat 10%

-fury strike went from a finisher to a rotation skill. it doesnt consume bms nor does more dmg with more bps, it gives some bps and strikes 3 targets now

-beast tornado maxed now hits 10 targets (yay?)

-cruel bite heals 30% fully ranked, does 20% extra damage to bleeding target, if has grizzly or bear form grupal buff as a 20% chance to stun and reset brutal strike CD

-wild crush now doesnt only bleeds but fully ranked generates agro and as a 10% stackable def debuff (up to 30%)

-survival heal maxed is now 30% and party 20%

-brutal strike dmg got buffed doing close to a sin shadow explotion dmg, 30% extra dmg if stuned or knocked. and its cd is reseteable by cruel bite, it does 1 strike only now and very fast and is aoe

-bear as an extra skill appart from gaia transformation wich apparently summons a white bear to fight by your side.

 

and u still proud as a knight?? cuz im not... seriusly u wanna play as crappy "dps" knight cuz from my point of view Knights r tanks they were developed to have a threat... all people expect a knight to have threat and tank bosses.
and as u can see as a crapy underrated tank class "knights" r the worse one, and we dont have nothing to do against BM Monks And Warriors...Im done whit this.

I've been playing Knight since May 1st and have no intention to change, nerf or buff. You can tell me I don't know what I'm doing or that I'm bad at my class, but I seem to be the only knight in this game who doesn't throw a temper tantrum every time there's a minimal change to something regarding the class.

 

This just means less competition on loot~

Why is the extra Parry bonus a "nerf"? That's technically a 50% increase in Parry rate from STR compared to Warrior's 30% overall Parry rate increase. That also makes DPS Knights much tougher when they already have good Defence rates from their shield, compared to DPS Warriors that may hit harder, but get hit harder as well.

 
The only "nerf" here is that Aura Strikes still doesn't activate Battle Tactics, but both Swordsman class feel the pain.
 

As for the Warrior's HUGE WEAPON DAMAGE; a chunk of that is bitten off by Defender's attack penalty if a Warrior decides to go tank.

 

 

 

I haven't played my Knight since AoV, but at least before patch she shone in other areas my Warrior didn't.

a warrior not yet tier 2 geared whit tension relax maxed does 5k instant heal and a dot heal wich it heals another 5 or 6k hp... aura heal is a crap compared

 

whit this... BM have cruel bite and survival heal...both heals 30% of theyr hp idk how much hp does BM has... should i max aura heal looking at this huge diferences?????

 

Also they have chances to reset theyr best ultimate strike hahaha ... knight have no potential on theyr skills threes and now whit this buffing in other classes we r now garbage...

the critical chance on knight now it's so low that is pretty useless to have battle tactics. even im wondering about increasing AGI or going for FULL STR.

Well, At least it's still possible to make it to last round as a melee class ( THIS IS A FULL RANGER LAST ROUND I WAS IN ) .

Idiot.
Sorc have a bad dps, the best skill is varetyr and cd is 30s. Sorc need to gamble everything in this skill, that's why he need frost (damages x2, works only 2 times, then enemy is imune)  & use varetyr spear (pray for crit) to do a maximum damage.
That's why sorc need a lot of crit, if varetyr fail (no crit, no OS or no big damage  because of miss/parry/good def), he need to survive 30s & retry.

The Sorcs need crit better than hit.

War vs knight attack-

Warriors T2 colo sword has 697 max skill damage. Defender reduces attack power by 10% this means at 1000 str war gets 2700 attack power. So warrior totals around 855 skill damage with this.

Knights T2 sword has 439 max skill damage with 1000 str he gets 2k attack power.  Knight gets 556 skill damage.

Every 17 attack power adds about 1 skill damage so the warrior only loses about 18 skill damage from his defender.

 

War vs knight parry-

Same as before 1000 str each.

Warrior gets 2000 parry which is 25% block add in defender that makes it 32% block.

Knight gets 3000 parry which is 30% total block.

 

War vs Knight def-

Knights full T2 colo set grants 1893 def, thats 39.50% def.

Warrior has the same def/stats on gear minus the shield, add in defender bonus you get 39.87% defense.

 

Still think knight and warrior are fairly matched? Knight only beats warrior with it's shield fortress/aura shield else the class is completely gimp and useless.

 

Warrior can also use aura armor and defender at the same time!

 

 

**Bonus** Bad thought to be good knight skills de bunked

 

Aura heal

Does 100% of your skill damage for heal per aura, guess which class has a low skill damage? Knight thats who! Also aura heal requires crit to be useful and guess what they just nerfed? Indirecty and directly, thats right agi knights!! ding ding.

 

Shield boomerang

Good PvP skill but has no other uses. Really horrible in PvE. Not useful for a tank.

 

Grand Cross

Still has a buggy animation(casts twice even if you click once) Requires aura blade to grant the extra 130% damage. Worthless as a tank knight.

 

Shield Charge:

Good skill concept but still bug slides and misses A LOT

You need agi for this skill to work, a lot of it.

 

Shield Cannon:

Okay, this is the only skill thats "fantastic" but still has a low 1160% skill damage modifer. Most power skills have 1500% or more.

 

Aura Shield:

The second to one tank skill knights got 20% damage reduced for 10s duration. It's a tank skill yet the cooldown is horrid.

 

Shield fort:

120 second cooldown l0l

Cant move with the skill, long cooldown. Good o -_- button but thats it, how dull.

 

Concentration:

+20% attack power for the price of recieving 10% more damage. Useless skill apart from some dumb sucide knight build.

 

Shield Bash:

Good aura generator for currently broken Aura strikes.

I wouldnt put this skill over lvl 1 because it misses 50% of the time but at least it can make you pancakes every blue moon.

 

There you have it folks Knights are obiviously not underpowered i shouldnt be questioning the higher up authority they obviously know what they are doing!

Enjoy your gamble because you will be missing dodge classes left and right.

 

PS. Crit got nerfed for everyone and Gravity is indirectly nerfing sorcs even more forcing you to keep pilling on the agi. Jetting for crit but all you are doing is lowering your int in the process becoming more and more gimp than you realize.
