- barbarian and witch's curse are more PVP oriented. if you find yourself in need for more SP, you can decrease some levels from here. however, if you want to max it, that is fine as well
- could consider maxing wide heal. with casting acceleration buff on, wide heal will be more effective than instant
- consider maxing staff mastery
- blessing is kind of useless, may be unnecessary to max it. striking on the other hand, will be useful for extra DPS boost (for your teammates as well)
- if you already have barrier lv4, might as well max it (also consider maxing passive as well)
- if you want, you can get lv1 MP transfer for utility (but probably not necessary)
and that is about it.

sweet thankssince it is mainly focused on PVE, this is my critique/suggestion:
