Yeah, title explains it really. I looked around and it doesn't seem too common so I figured I'd post a thread alerting/gathering information about this.
- Bought the stocking bundle right after todays maintenance and the first item was this "Unknown item".
Question is: what would happen if I consumed it? I've already submitted a ticket and I am interested to see if anyone else has experience this bug.

I tried to re patch the client to check if it was missing sprite data but this did not solve the problem.

Okay, problem solved. Double click the item. It turns out there the food items specified in the details...

the details say 2x +20 stat food box. How come the unknown item is only 1?

Got 5 of each type.
Already submitted a ticket hopefully they can revert the food back to a pack so that I can boxter it. Also told support that we should be getting two packs according to the description.

same problem, i tried repatching too, nothing happen.
i submitted a ticket too tho.

Yeah ticket has been submitted. But I dont think anyone will be able to even look at it till next maintenance =[
We cant be the only ones that are having this problem can we? Im sure more people bought these boxes...

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the 1x Food Boxes might be intentional. http://www.playragna...ail.aspx?id=312 does not state that 2x food boxes is a rewards. It isn't uncommon for them to make mistakes like this, but it is hard to figure out which was intended.
