I was just doing the Eden TI quest. With battle manual, the ground petits were giving me 3510 exp, so when I turned it in I expected

 

400 * 3510 = 1,404,000 exp. The battle manual effect was still on when I turned it in. Instead, I got half of that, 702,000 exp. It leveled me up from base 89 to 90 and reached up to about 33% of level 90. 

 

According to the iro wiki, pre-rebirth level 89 to 90 is 900,000 exp, so the upper limit should have been about 1,800,000 exp, right? Is there something I missed?

double exp event is going on..TI rewards is not effected with the exp events i believe

Thanks zefram, I didn't know there was a double exp event.

ugh.. the reward experience seems to be modified by the EXP event. but as far as I'm aware, it's a set amount of EXP reward, rather than 400 monsters worth of experience. I'm pretty sure a GM has posted something to do with the specifics before, but I can't seem to find it right now.

ground petittes are such HORRIBLE exp. like seriously why do they put them in. its a mob for lvl 70s to grind on, not lvl 90+s
