Does this apply in Classic as well?
I accidentally clicked on the wrong skill on my swordie and put a point into 2-H mastery when I never intended to use 2-H swords.

There is one at (148, 232) in Prontera that works level 40 and below if that helps.

Apparently it's been in there for a while. Anyone test it on a level 99 third class? Or a level 100 third class?

the one in prontera is also lvl 99 and below, not lvl 40 anymore :3

so two places to go to now~

and yes you can reset indefinitely (i did it like 2-3 times in a row to make sure on a character)

 

It is lvl 99 no matter what you are (1st,2nd,trans,3rd) as long as you are lvl 99 it works. I used it to reset a few of my lvl 99's lol

a lot of people were asking for resets for xmas so they changed the skill reset person to level 99 and under but this may either go back to being for level 40's or go away completely after the holidays.
