Why does the RO patch client start updating from 11-April-2011 ? It's a long time to update(like 2 years of update) . Can't it just auto update at the time of download?

You need to run the game as Administrator for it to work correctly. otherwise, for some reason, it won't save it to your PC. just download it temporarily and then starts again next time you run the client.
