My assassin is currently lvl 50. Never got a character card so I figured I should do that. I've looked at the information from this site and I'm wondering what would be more useful for end-game and for the future.

The absolute 3% crit looks decent (I believe it's added to base?), but I also like the 10% dodge (assuming it actually makes a large enough difference). Is it a matter of preference or does one stat outweigh the other? I'd like pvp-based opinions mostly.

You can't choose what you will get. I got 3% Crit Rate, but I didn't want that.

No, you can choose if you fill in information specific to each stat. The crit rate is useless. You'll either take... agi, dodge, mspd, or crit damage. Aim if that was up, I forget.
