Why is my Arm Cannon doing 3x less damage than Genetics Cart cannon?

So I recently made a mech and got EA Faw and pile bunker as well as other ATK boosting gear like BSB+shackles and am using holy cannonballs in mid ti, but im only doing 14000-18000 dmg. Genetics at this level are doing 25-40k dmg with the same cannonballs.  Can someone please tell me why I'm not hitting anywhere near that when both spells are 700% ATK and pile bunker has even higher weapon dmg then genetics weapons.  Very frustrated right now ><

Arm Cannon level 2?

 

Arm Cannon is also a little different. If you get aspersio, you will do extra damage, whereas aspersio will have no effect on a Genetic's CC when they are using holy ball.

 

Another tip: Witch Hat gives bonus damage to demon and undead.

Using a witch hat + goz. mask and that makes no sense that Aspersio would stack with Holy Cannonballs >.>

Damage split into two parts, the cannonball part and the regular ATK part. Which is different from how Cart Cannon works.

 

Also note it does different damage depending on the monster size.

Basically this ^

 

Mechanics are only good for selfdestructing in WoE. If you want to be a damage dealer, make a genetic.

Depends. On my Genetic I use steel cannon balls with asperio combo'd with a +9 hurricane fury with Expert archer enchants and an archer skeleton card. You may want to consider the ammo as well as the extra modifiers from gears you can not see. Also, Cart cannon damage is greatly amplified by the amount of int and not just pure attack.

maybe because low str and low base lvl...btw what is 2nd good 1 handed axe/mace for arm cannon instead of pile bunker thx.

Don't forget Mechanics can stack Aspersio on Holy Cannon Balls  (Cursed Water on Shadow).  While it is a pricey option,  this usually leads to my Mech outdamaging my Genetecist for Holy and Shadow Mobs. That Aside, Cart Cannon is preferred

arm cannon performs much better at higher levels. the aspersio trick is a nice lil cheat for more dmg. im not sure why the math on the spell is so stupid, but it is what it is. still a much better leveling tool than axe tornado

more like a pardoned glitch in which a bug was turned into a feature because of how weak this class is, remember mechanic is a WoE class and is built around WoE so this class mostly used to satiate the lust of your guild leaders. If you really want to dominate PVM just go forth genetecist or if You want to add Cost Effectiveness + PVM go Ranger because Koreans love dem Archery.

Arm Cannon can do anything like 80-100k with level 3 without any gods or mvp cards, but it's a 3x3 AOE. More for MVPing really, but it's cheaper than acid bombs.

 

Also, the skill is low delay in general for all three levels and pretty spammable.
