So first I select and click


And then I get this message immediately after



What exactly does this mean? My paypal account and my WarpPortal account doesn't have the same email address... I didn't make a first payment yet, I absolutely no idea what's going on.

they need to verify if thats a valid legit paypal and that you arent trying to scam them. once youre verified you will receive an email to tell you that everything is ok and that you can use that paypal account to buy energy

Wait but I haven't been able to enter my paypal account's email yet. How would they verify it's legitimacy if I can't even input the paypal account?

My warpportal account and my paypal account are pretty different
For example, say my email is DragonSaga100@yahoo.com (it's not.)
My paypal email address is DragonSaga100paypal@yahoo.com (it's not.)

I think they're verifying that your WarpPortal account information has real information entered, but it really is strange that they don't let you pay and then just hold it. Just wait a day and see what happens, it doesn't have to make sense.

Just wait a day or two and you will get an email verification and all will be good and set to go. I had to go through the same process.

The effort is to prevent credit card fraud on our system. We don't hold payment as we just want to verify the WarpPortal Account before it can maybe Credit Card or Paypal payments to protect ourselves as well as protect someone from having to deal with fraud charges to their credit card or paypal account that come from us.

We check on this list often through out the day, so usually you will get a response less then 24 hours.
