I did a Skill/Stat Reset on my Gene & now my Homun is MIA.

 

I do Res & it runs but says skill fails. Call Homun says skill failed too. My Homun was completely fed prior to this & between cordial & loyal

Support ticket, this shouldn't happen, and didn't happen to either of the gens I reset - do not create a new homun while waiting for support ticket response, I was told that makes their life harder.

I did send in a ticket. I'm just hoping I can get a reply in a reasonable amount of time & wanted to check whether any one else had any issue with this.

 

There's no way I was going to make a new homun & start over.

Ticket Number 0CC-1A50BB86-016F sent in but still no reply. EXP is close to being over & I would appreciate this being fixed before it is NOT after. I've already lost enough days as it is so far.
