Not working with Mozilla, Explorer, or Safari. It's always worked for me on Mozilla before.

Do you have a laptop or a smartphone you can use to access powerup page with? Do you use any security programs on your system?

I don't have a desktop computer and never have. It's a laptop, and I know it won't work on my phone, cause even if I could log on it would take approximately 3 weeks to load it up. What do you mean by security systems? I know I haven't changed much with my computer and it's always worked before.

There's only one last thing you must check. Have you changed locations since the last time you paid for WPE? Sometimes it's a location lock for suspicious payments outside of familiar IPs that prevents you from properly paying. For example: Paying regularly from your home's internet as opposed to that out of nowhere time where you decide to do it at a random internet cafe' for the first time.
Sending in a ticket and proving that you're you should suffice for the most part.

If he logged from another location the WP account will be suspended, but he is getting a pop up error instead. Guess send in a ticket it might be account related at the end.
Security programs: anything like an antivirus or anti-malware programs.

Actually the weird thing is, I can log in through facebook, but if I try to log in through the normal method, it says my account is suspended. And no the last time I purchased Warpportal Energy was with the same IP, and it should have proven that I'm me by how long I've been playing on this IP before I purchased anything.

That's odd. Send a ticket they will lift the suspension off your WP account.
Just to get the idea here, when you login through facebook there are no errors? But if you log through normal logins you get suspended msg? What about the earlier Payment Error pop up?

The payment error one I get when I log on through facebook. I can't even log on through the normal method. The only error I get when I log on with facebook is the payment one. And i already did send in a ticket, actually several, about that, and it is still like that.

Oh these tickets are months or years old. It's been that way for a while. I did just send on in a week ago, but I haven't sent any yet, and I already messaged both Oda and Campitor and no reply, but yes I get the suspension message when I try to log in normally. It's kinda funny thought cause you would think they'd reply instantly if I say basically that I'm going to be spending $100 which is what's I've always spent before and I've told them that in my previous tickets about this.

Its just like what GuardianTK said then. Oddly though the facebook login gives a different error while normal login gives another. GMs need to update the error msg so it gives a unified error msg instead of 2 different ones. In summery, your WP account is locked out.
Oh well, good luck! Hopefully you get a response soon.

I was about to post this exact same thread. This has been infuriating me so much for the past month+. 80% of the time I get that stupid error no matter what browser im on. Both chrome and firefox get that error most of the time, and other times itll just randomly decide to work. Things ive noticed that significantly lower the odds of it happening are when I wait for the entire account page to finish loading before clicking power up. Even then, its still about a 40-50% chance itll happen. Why cant they just make their damn site work right. It seems like they really dont care much about getting our money

If you mean the payment error and suspension message, I just tried and it's not fixed.
