Hello, I buy IM points on your site with my laptop, I transferred the WP points in my conpte Rose online, I received 3220 points javais IM and I wanted to buy the arctic dragon, j e do you purchase I confirm my points IM left and I did not have my dragon ..

Sometimes it bugs and you do not receive the item. Send a ticket to the warpportal support site here about the matter, and they should help you resolve the issue.

I have already sent 2 times but I can not see or is my ticket!
Once I have the ticket, it gives me an ID (3B7-1A55C83E-017A) but I can not find the ticket .......!!

You should (when they do respond, it might take some time, especially since it's new years eve most of them are probably not in office at the moment) get an email to the mail account you made the support account with. It might take some time for them to answer, the support team is not known for being very fast.

Or login on the support site and view tickets, shows current and old tickets and all replies to them. I believe it even says if it's answered or not but it's been a little while since I looked at it.
