I have all my skills used and skill points used

but when I go back to Izulde to talk to the swordsman, they rudely say

" Hey you already have a job, Go away"!

What the heck no I don't, im a high novice from previously a Knight what is wrong with this?

with introduction of training grounds first jobs change in game changed a bit compared to before on my high swordsman i change it in swordman guild in izlude you see two npc swordmen in front of place discussion each is better bash or magnum break go inside and just talk with the npc swordman behind the desk
