Just happened to my GX when my screen got freeze while changing maps. So i just alt+f4 then when i try to relogin to my GX it say "Disconnected from server". When i use my other character all was fine and i can play but not my GX. Please HELP ME i don't know what i must to do. I did restart my computer but still got the same results. Thank you.

You DC'ed while moving into an instance didn't you?
Submit a ticket - you need the GMs to fish your char out of the void.
