Hello ..
I want to create an account to play Ragnarok Online, but I don't know how ..
Whenever I try to create an account a message appears saying "You are not allowed to view this content."
What should I do?
Can't create an account!

i believe thats because this server agreed to keep customers overseas away,and direct them to other RO local servers..you can just create a rose or any other warpportal game account first then create ragnarok account..you dont need even need to play rose..
