I started to play last night and I thought about doing a knight, but I don't see much knights in this server..

 

I have already played in other server and I used to see a lot of one handed sword knights with a shield.. Is that good in this server?

 

What kind of knight should I do?

Knights are rather good in both pvp and pvm. Their main point is that their defence is so good they can easily survive several people, while still doing some damage. Don't expect to hit like a champ or a mage, but you can hold your own quite well. Personally I'd go for a one hand knight rather than a crossbow, since one handed knights have more contribution to the team in my opinion.
