some people are addicted to stats and most rangers will drool over the +1 dex and agi, but the chances of proccing are comparable from what I have read, and phylla is only 20 while Vanberk is 100.
you want to use two of these cards at once for maximum effect and have an aspd of 185+

vanberk also has +2 str so is 'better' for melees but imo unless that agi or dex is helping you reach a bonus the point of this card is the crit proc and vanberk is far superior in that condition

In this case, crit and crit rate are the same.
I would consider both of these cards useless. These things with rare procs of very short buffs generally aren't nearly as cool as they sound. Often, you'll only get a few hits off with the buff, before the monster is dead, and by the time you get to the next monster, the buff is gone.

You are wrong DrAzzy. I have both cards. I'm an autowarg ranger. Phylla has very high chance to proc. When i'm dealing with MvPs i uselly have +20 luk from that card. And that +20 luk really helps when MvP makes inc agi.
And for the topic : Phylla much more better than Vanberk

why is phyla better than vanberk? the proc rate is the same and the stats are neglible on both but vanberk is 100 crit and phyla is 20
also, drazzy, you are wrong. two vanberks at 191+ aspd procs a huge amount about once every 15-20 sec (of actually fighting) and unless your fighting bio mobs can easily last for 2-3 mobs depending on how far you have to move to get to them
pointlessly devalued card

I dont think proc rates are same. Phylla has more proc rate than vanberk in progress. Vanberk has little proc rate. At least this is what i saw when testing them.

Phylla>Vanberk
I dont think its 0.4 chance of proc more like 4.0
