Last night, several of us went to Snow Valley, to do the Snowmobile Race. We all got Snowmobile Boots from Chilli, put them on avatar, and made sure we had the quest. Now according to the quest, we get one ticket for each lap we complete. We proceeded to drive around the course, but when we crossed the finish line, our quests reset, and we never got tickets. So we tried again. This time, we didn't cross the finish line. Still no tickets. We tried abandoning the quest, then racing, no luck, We talked to Chilli after we finished a lap. Nothing. Are we doing something wrong?

That is quite strange, but I doubt you are, though we didn't change anything from the previous year. It will require some investigation to see what is actually happening.

it showed the message that we completed the race but we didn't get any reward.

Found it. You are both correct, someone made a rather grievous boo-boo and forgot to put a reward. I've fixed it, however it will have to wait till the next server restart for it to apply. Might do one today, to fix it for the weekend.
