What are the most important stats for GX MVP/PvM and if possible put numbers.

depends what type of sin you are and gear you will be using. Crit sin with HBP would go for:
str: 90
agi: 90
Vit: 95
Int:1
dex: 60-80 <- for skill usage pvm.
Luk: 90
Where as a DD sin would probably go for:
str: 100
agi: 110
Vit: 95
Int:1
dex: 90
luk: 1
