I have received the cart quest and the drive cart skill. Then i have bought to myself at Mildun a car and how i have learnt it in the quest, have started after the rowline. If i use then the drive cart skill, the following announcement message appears :

 

"Unusable due to unfulfilled requirements"

you'll have to relog then it should work, if it does still happens check if you got frame/engine/weels equiped and relog again

I had tried this everything and it did not work. Now after some hours sleep i have begun the Game and have tried out it once more, now everthing wonderfully works. Thanks for the quick help
