A better bow than an Orc Archer Bow is a +9~+12 orc archer bow xD
I'm serious. It's already the best bow around AFAIK.
What really can boost your AS damage is elemental manipulation though. Just use the right converter (or even better, elemental mill wind from various headgears).

Oh :\, well at least it doesn't cost me a fortune lol, wish there'd be some thing better than that.
